RETURNS & EXCHANGE
As a small company with very limited resources and small stock quantities, we kindly ask that you shop responsibly. We have provided size guides for the garments. Please do look at these before ordering. We are always here to help, so do ask us if you have sizing questions. We will give you honest advice about the fit of a style and whether or not it will suit.
DOMESTIC RETURNS
- Returns are for Store Credit or Merchandise Exchange only.
- We ask that you please be mindful of the condition of your return. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, or undamaged, with tags still intact.
- Items considered as "Final Sale" are those that are reduced on the website and/or items purchased during site-wide promotions. These Items Cannot be returned for Store Credit. Promo codes received for email & text subscriptions are excluded.
- We do not price adjust.
NOTE - We accept returns on eligible items initiated within 7 days of delivery. Once your return is approved and a label is issued, the package must be shipped within 7 days (i.e., tracking must show movement within that time).
Items sent outside this window may not be accepted. Please note: we’re a small team and appreciate your help in keeping returns timely.
- Returns on items bought with any discount/promo code or on sale are for Store Credit or Merchandise Exchange only.
- A $12 fee will be deducted per item ( max $16) from all returns for the return label and restocking fee
- pre-ordered items can be cancelled within three business days of purchase. After three business days, a pre-ordered item may be exchanged for store credit
To start a return, you can contact us at info@themalabarco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
